    3. Subscription Services

    By subscribing to our candle delivery service, you agree to the following:

    • Subscription Period: Subscriptions may be purchased on a monthly, quarterly (3-month), semi-annual (6-month), or annual (12-month) basis.
    • Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Multi-month subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase.
    • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled.
    • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
    • Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on when refunds are issued.

    4. Account Registration

    To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Maintain the security of your password and account

    We strive to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to the nature of our artisan candles, colors and exact fragrances may vary slightly from what is shown on our website.

    6. Shipping and Delivery

    We ship to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate. While we make every effort to deliver products on time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on shipping timeframes and costs.

    All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Candle Subscription or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Candle Subscription and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

    IN NO EVENT SHALL CANDLE SUBSCRIPTION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
