    Shipping Information

    At Candle Subscription, we're committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our artisan candles. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

    Processing Times

    All subscription boxes are prepared and shipped according to the following schedule:

    • New subscriptions: Your first box ships within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
    • Existing subscriptions: Monthly boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month.
    • Gift orders: Process within 1-2 business days, with gift notifications sent immediately after purchase.

    Delivery Timeframes

    We ship all orders via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size.

    • Domestic U.S. deliveries: 3-5 business days
    • Alaska and Hawaii: 5-7 business days
    • International shipping: 7-14 business days (customs clearance times may vary)

    Shipping Rates

    We're pleased to offer the following shipping options:

    • Free standard shipping on all subscription plans within the continental United States
    • $5.99 flat rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
    • International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination
    • Expedited shipping available for an additional fee at checkout

    Package Tracking

    All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking details by logging into your account on our website.

    Delivery Issues

    We take great care in packaging our candles to prevent damage during transit. However, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

    • Damaged packaging or products
    • Missing items
    • Significantly delayed delivery (beyond the timeframes listed above)

    Address Changes
